First Day of School!

Today was D's first day of second grade! He was so excited to return to school. H was also dressed up ready for his preschool this morning. My boys are so cute:

And, here is how I celebrated my first day "off" after a very long summer. (That is: 13 weeks, 91 days, 2,184 hours ...)


My girlfriends and I met for brunch. I also enjoyed a "virtual" bloody mary with a friend living in Los Angeles via telephone this morning. Gotta love those friends -- and the return to the academic year!
