Chimney Rock Garden Bridge
It is hard to travel with Master Gardeners and not visit special garden spots! Chimney Rock, NC was one of my favorite towns, and they turned a historic bridge into a garden paradise. What a clever way to give a former car bridge a new life as a garden pedestrian path.
I don't have pictures from it, but we took a kayak excursion on Lake Lure with our family that afternoon. Lots of fun and laughs trying to navigate boys and swimming in the lake!
