Since we had just visited Sun Recording Studio in Memphis the boys really enjoyed Mimi's record player. H and D were finally showed how a record player works, and we listened to some of the great musicians on LP!
The boys discovered Chinese checkers and played for several hours during our visit!
A fun visit from Aunt Sage!
We visited Old Salem, the historic town of Salem established in the 1770's. The boys even visited a house where President George Washington once spent the night!! It is a restaurant now. We had to make sure the restrooms still worked. :)

Strangely enough, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts was founded here in 1937. Lots of American history on this small city block!
We attended services at Annie's church. What an amazing tree beside it!
So glad we made the trip!
